How do I get a quote?

How far in advance should I book?
Annual inspections: 2-4 weeks. Routine maintenance: 1-2 weeks. Urgent issues: call immediately and we will work something out.
What payment methods do you accept?
Check, credit card, and electronic payment. Payment is due upon completion for most jobs. Larger projects may require a deposit.
Do you provide written estimates?
Yes. All quotes are provided in writing before work begins. If additional issues are found, I will contact you before proceeding.
