Setting Expectations
What to Expect
Transparency is important. Here is what working with a solo mobile mechanic looks like so there are no surprises.
Solo Operator
I work alone, which means you get personal attention and direct communication. However, this also means I handle one aircraft at a time. For larger jobs or shop-level repairs, I can recommend trusted facilities.
Scheduling
I schedule based on availability and try to accommodate urgent needs. Annual inspections typically require advance booking. AOG situations get priority whenever possible.
Parts
I can source and order parts, or you may provide them yourself. I work with reputable suppliers and can often find competitive pricing on common items.
Scope of Work
Mobile service is ideal for inspections, diagnostics, and lighter work. Major engine overhauls, paint, and extensive sheet metal work are better suited to a full shop environment.
